Honestly, statistics don't matter. The question that you first have to answer is, what causes crime in the first place?

General population votes the judge in. That judge dished out that sentence. And another white kid got probation for rape as well and they even talked about not messing up the rapist's future. And do we need to go into the Bundy people in Oregon being on trial and a jury of their "peers" letting them walk away from criminal charges? "we want our criminals put away"...not always the case. Unless you mean, "we don't want to talk about our criminals". Then sure.
