They're not Americans. They need to go home with mom and dad. I don't know about other countries, but Mexico considers children born abroad to Mexicans to be Mexican citizens too.
The US does the same. This isn't something unique to Mexico. They also have birthright citizenship too

Wikipedia cites the text of the Fourteenth as ratified, and cites case law.
Did you guys know that the Constitution is Wikipedia? I didn't, either. "It's in the Constitution! Look at Wikipedia and it will tell you!" Oh, uh ...couldn't you just show me the Constitution? "I am! Look, here is its Wikipedia page!!" OK ...what about in the Constitution? "Look, here is La Raza discussing the issue on Wikipedia!!"
