The globalist politicians have forgotten or don't care that "subject to the jurisdiction" means here legally..

Not "foreigners, aliens, and children of ambassadors" as Jacob Howard stated
The best part is he says "it's in the Constitution" and then instead of quoting the Constitution, he quotes Wikipedia, which cites a Hispanic (illegal) immigration group.

I'd be happy for SCOUTS to revisit the issue and find that, opps, we shouldn't have been granting birthright citizenship to people willy-nilly.

You think I'm a buttercup? That's sweet.

BTW, "us" includes "you" as used.

There's nothing to prevent it that I'm aware of.

Would you like the Court to make the revocation of birthright citizenship retroactive?

No, I think you're a typical liberal baiting poster that asks a lot of questions, but doesn't answer too many.

What is your preference on anchor babies ?

The US does the same. This isn't something unique to Mexico. They also have birthright citizenship too

Wikipedia cites the text of the Fourteenth as ratified, and cites case law.

Unless you think the US Supreme Court has been a Hispanic (illegal) immigration group for over a century, that is.

They also kick out everyone in their country who tries to cross their borders. You keep trying to avoid that little fact.

Your opinion is noted, and I will certainly give it all the consideration it merits.

Did you guys know that the Constitution is Wikipedia? I didn't, either. "It's in the Constitution! Look at Wikipedia and it will tell you!" Oh, uh ...couldn't you just show me the Constitution? "I am! Look, here is its Wikipedia page!!" OK ...what about in the Constitution? "Look, here is La Raza discussing the issue on Wikipedia!!"
