Trump has not spend one cent, and yet, he has saved thousands of jobs so far, rebounded the stock market, and raised the value of the US dollar.

I dare say all of American would have been a great deal more than "angry" had the auto industry been left to go bankrupt. You have no idea...

Or so it seems.
Yes, very angry. I don't believe deplorable behavior should be rewarded and I do believe that is exactly what the corporate bailouts did. The people in charge of those companies didn't learn their lesson either because they STILL paid themselves huge bonuses after accepting the bailouts. If that had been Joe Smith on welfare buying an iPhone with government money, you'd think it was horrific.

And where ARE the bailouts for Mr. and Mrs. Smith? Once again, TPTB reap benefits of a system they screwed over.

What he has allegedly done is basically corporate welfare, so yes, he is spending other people's money and the American working/middle class get screwed over once again.

In the end, it wasn’t that easy. The deal with Carrier that Mr. Trump came here Thursday to claim credit for will save at least 1,100 jobs, and Carrier will receive multiyear state economic incentives worth a total of $7 million, which were negotiated by Mike Pence, Indiana’s governor and soon to be vice president.

In most cases two polling companies are used.

A Foxnews poll from early Novemeber had clinton ahead by 4 points
Fox News Poll: Clinton moves to 4-point edge over Trump | Fox News
The poll was done by two polling firms, Anderson Robbins Research and Shaw & Company Research, one which specializes in polling for Republican candidates and the other for candidates who are Democrats.

A WSJ/NBC poll done around the same time also had clinton ahead by 4 points
Their poll was also done by two companies, Hart Research and Public Opinion Strategies
One is a Republican political and public affairs research firm, and the other a Democratic polling company.

Polling companies get new business by providing accurate results.
They don't risk future customers, tipping the scale in any direction.

If you looked at the last average of polls on realclearpolitics they had Clinton by 1.7 pts, damn close to the final figure. They missed a couple rust bucket states badly and that was the election. The polls were not as far off as being advertised it was just a Trump surge at the end.

The difference in most of the polls was within the margin of error.

From what I've looked at, the sampling size of a poll made a big difference.

I've said this before, that the only way he could possibly be re-elected, would be to do nothing that he has threatened.
