Am I the only one who see both movements as culpable for the emergence of "post truth" politics?

I think BLM confuses you. There is an organization called Black Lives Matter. Black lives matter is also a rallying cry for the modern Black Civil Rights Movement. To confuse matters more, The modern black civil rights movement is often referred to as the black lives matter movement. I suspect that most of you don't know what you're talking about when you say BLM, and some of you like to pretend you're condemning the organization, when in reality you're condemning the movement.

The alt right is, by and large, the backlash from the diversity left.

If either party went colorblind they would win in a landslide.

The radicalization of politics worries me, too. People don't understand the word "compromise" anymore...and our government leaders are running things in that kind of way - gridlock and "whiny temper tantrums" when they don't get their way define where we are politically.

I wish our government leaders, and us as a nation, would grow up and try to see things from many different perspectives.

There's literally nothing radical about BLM. Their platform is equal justice. If the concept is radical to you, you might be part of the problem.

BLM

https://www.blm.gov/

Stupid of them to use an abbreviation of an existing govt agency.

I 100% agree. People often say "BLM" just to mean black people now. BLM has been built up into a strawman for some people.

Look at these racist Black militants....
That's just some Asians attacking whites through a proxy. Do you see Asians giving up their overrepresentation to affirmative action or making any sacrifice in their standing for other groups? How dumb do you think everyone is?

BLM is all about black demands and communism. All you have to do is go to the website and read their demands. No strawman needed.
