Socialist countries fit part your description perfectly. Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela, etc. Except that they have lots of taxpayer funded programs.
Well, actually Cuba abolished all taxes after the commie revolutions, and North Korea is also tax free. Recently Cuba has added some taxes due to the movement towards free(er) markets.
If its all about being tax free, then those countries are calling your name.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the glaring difference between communism, and "socialist" democracies like Sweden.
People like you continue to be confused about them.
I support social democracy. Not third world corrupt dictatorships masking as "socialist" to appeal to workers. Socialism means workers owning the means of production. Countries that claim that workers are in charge (socialist) are just lying to you. North Korea calls itself "democratic" as well. Do you believe in that as well?

.
Nope. I've never advocated tax free. We need a government.
And BTW, in Cuba they don't need taxes because the government already owns all the money and decides who gets a little money. Doctors, for example, just got a raise to $67 per MONTH.

Socialism always produces a dictator. Just read history.

You said Cuba and North Korea have lots of tax payer funded programs, and I corrected you by saying they don't even collect tax (except Cuba which started collecting recently).
