It seems like ever since November, when Trump won the presidential election that the much of the news media is not even trying to cover-up it's left leaning bias at all.
There seems to be rampant editorializing of opinions in main sections of newspapers and news websites, even ones that were considered mainstream.
Even the headlines are basically a statement that has a big left-wing bias to coax people into reading an article.
I didn't vote for either one of them but it seems like ever since Trump got elected much of the news media has made a huge leap to the left and they are not even trying to moderate the bias.
I don't really think much of the new job announcements from all these companieswill come to fruition but it seems like much of the news media ignores the job announcements and will instead run a negative story in it's place.
For example, when Carrier announced it was keeping some jobs in America it seemed like the main news media turned into a news story about corperate welfare and bribes to big companies in return for a few jobs.
Same thing about the Japanese billionaire talking about 50,000 jobs whether they will happen remains a mystery, but the news media turned into a story about how it was basically nothing more then a way for the Japanese billionaire to have his way with telecom mergers.

I'm sorry putting things in context ruins your blissful existence. Personally, I would rather know if someone claiming to add 50,000 jobs is blowing smoke up my @ss. But some people like the idea of writing checks they can't cover so...
And context isn't editorializing. There's already a place you can go to read editorials in most new outlets.
They lost me about 10 years ago. I found that their "News" was nothing more than opinion and propaganda. Fake news? Turn on the TV and you will see it.
I truly believe the mainstream media and Hillary were poised to turn America into a fully authoritarian globalized country. We really dodged a bullet. We can't ever let our guard down though as the leftist never give up. Hopefully the media will jump the shark and everyone will just disregard them.
Not only just that but a lot of the news has also become a PR thing to sell new celebs, play off scandals, and promote agendas. The stuff Yahoo News puts out is terrible.
They even tell you how to think in certain articles. For instance, there is this horrible obvious PR fluff rag called Hello Giggles! which is silly beyond imagination. It promotes positive stories about females but what it does is try to get you to buy/listen to the latest celebs crap. Some of the articles are titled like this: Why Kim Kardashian's photo shopping of her instgram pics is no big deal and why you shouldn't care.
I've noticed other respected online news sources use similar headlines: Why you should believe X and not Y.
It means taxing and regulating everything (even what you can say and think) mass incompatible immigration and being left with nothing but dependency on a malevolent government. That was Hillary's and most leftist's America.
