I don't think morality is subjective. What is at odds in the abortion debate, is the question of when does life begin? I believe it occurs at conception, and so, abortion is murder to me.
Having said that, I realize not everyone believes that's when life begins, and it's not up to the Catholic Church to decide what women can do with their bodies.

The reality is that women who get abortions and men who support abortions don't actually care when life begins. You can show them a beating heart and they claim that's still not life. It's not like they're these scholars who are making complex philosophical decisions and questioning the cosmos. They're generally people who are high on weed and having sex on the first date and then going "time to hit the free clinic!"
