You can’t even use the restroom anywhere in San Fran unless you are a paying customer. I guess San Fran residence don’t like homeless to bathe themselves in the restroom

Once again, though, liberal Californians will fortunately avoid many of the Red States like the plague, states, like Kansas and Oklahoma for starters.

A lot of cities are lime that. Can you blame the business can you blame the homeless person. If you have a business like a restaurant you can't have homeless people walking through your restaurant to the bathroom and then using it to bathe themselves because that's what happens that use all the paper towels up at the sink and they try to wipe themselves down with paper towels but you can't blame them if they haven't been able to shower for weeks if they clean running water they're going to use it

My last relative just left San Francisco. From when I left in 2008 until now, 13 members of my family have followed suit and fled the city. Our grandparents had been there since WWII.

It pained every single one of us to go. San Francisco was our home ... our legacy. At least we all made great money selling our real estate.

Do people have a legal right to live in public spaces?

It's not just the bathing, it's leaving behind dirty needles that then lead to lawsuits...plus trashing the bathroom, overdosing in the bathroom etc. etc. etc.

Heck, it may be that their insurance policy requires it now. What's a Hep-C or HIV+ needle stick gonna cost ya in the California court system?

And since that story is 5 years old it safe to say they lost the battle with crime when businesses get raided by a mob on a regular basis. It's a dystopian future come true in movies like RoboCop or Mad Max
