FREEDOM rocks.

Want to join-do it. Want to avoid it-do it. Either way, the name on your paycheck and the funds are the EMPLOYER"S, not the stewards.

What this law does is mean anyone can join a Union, enjoy the benefits, and never pay dues .
No, it means they can't be forced to pay dues to a union that they did not join.

So much for Republicans being for the 'working man'. They never have been and they never will.

It's good that KY workers are figuring this out; although too late for some of them.

How, exactly is this "union busting"? Unions are still allowed to exist and workers are free to join them, just as before. The only thing-workers that are NOT part of the union and don't want to be part, are now NOT forced to pay dues to them. So the unions actually have to provide a value and attract workers for a change, not just force them to pay for something they don't want.

When will they figure it out.? The reason Republicans push to bust unions is because it lowers costs for business which means more money in the pockets of the wealthy. It's not about "freedom". On the the other hand the Democrats have lost sight of the working man as well and are off in the weeds with racial and ethnic divisiveness they don't support and that is helping no one. The working man has nowhere to turn ATM. Hence Trump - a BS artist from the privileged class who offers himself as a messiah for them.

Our RTW Tn plant had some union members. Some opted not to join. In neither case, did the union fund or write their paycheck. we their employer did.

Union dues mostly go to fund the Democrat party and union executives. It is too bad Unions could not stay out of politics. Union's role was vital, but the leadership got lost, intoxicated with the power they controlled. Became co-opted, in their lost for power.

The tsunami continues.

Unions tend to raise wages for ALL in the same area.

Again, Republicans bring down the wages. That's all they ever want to do and nothing will change.

You have to realize that liberals aren't about choice. They support force, coercion and control.
