Elizabeth Warren was asking if the money he would be responsible for would favor some races/overlook some races and he clearly was saying that he wouldn't favor any group, but rather all Americans.
He was saying any American IN PARTICULAR, which is a fine response to the question. Carson simply stumbled over his words a bit, he isn't the most great or clear speaker. But you can still hear what he was saying. Dishonest thread and videos. Out of context heading. Total fail.

The woman worth $8-10 million dollars and her 5 million dollar home, trying to peddle BS about helping poor people. While telling Carson he was a shill for Trump......wish this woman would peddle her BS some where else.
