I believe another is a waiver for the incoming secretary of defense waiving the 7 year (I think?) ban from being secretary of defense after leaving the service. The FHA one is not as big of a deal as some think. I could be wrong, but ... meh.
Just read the link: Obama reduced the insurance premium for low income borrowers, but did not for all other FHA borrowers. So, if left in place would leave 1of3 outcomes: Middle class pays a higher percentage down the road, FHA's insurance fund diminishes, or the taxoers at large eat it.
The honest headline should have been"Trump raises mortgages on those who could not afford a home in the first place"
But seriously, I don't really care if the orders are good bad or indifferent. I still want to know what my president is signing.
