Putin is no communist. He is a clepto- plutocrat with no qualms about murdering his opponents. He does have a long term goal of reconstituting a greater Russian empire equaling or exceeding that of the Soviet Union. I'm sure he sees the Donald as a useful idiot in helping him achieve this goal. i doubt the Donald is bright enough to see this though.
The fact that Obamacare shared one aspect with the Heritage plan does not make Obamacare the Heritage plan. Understand?
It was a signature aspect of the "Heritage plan", but if that wasn't enough, I'd love to hear the comparison between the "Heritage plan" and the Affordable Care Act.
All the countries that did that have:
Rashioned care.
Limited care for the elderly.
Far less tests will be done.
All equally bad off after.
