Turn off The Wire. You can make up any scenario you want about someone in jail, especially when you want to cheer on their death like a sociopath. Halfway houses are one of the first stops that someone w/o resources makes to try to fix their life b/c they almost always have strict reporting, attendance, and curfew guidelines. If someone is staying in a halfway house, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they're serious about moving on with their life.

But he didn't "do his time" Obama commuted his sentence, His death is on Obama's hands.

There will be plenty more, at least this time it was one of the released criminals, next time it will most likely be a new victim of a released criminal.
