Import tariffs on goods from Mexico
Taxes on wire-transfers to Mexico from illegals
Drug money confiscated from cartels

That's a start.

Put a train on top of the wall and call it an infrastructure project. Run the train from Texas to California. Pay it out of the infrastructure money coming to do what obamas infrastructure money didn't do.

The wall doesn't need to be the full length of the border... nobody is that stupid, you don't build a wall on top of a chasm or an area so dangerous, it is never used...the 2000 mile is more like at most 1000 miles (thanks Fake News media for lying about the REAL length of the wall) and from that 1000 mile stretch, I don't know if you anti-Trump liberals know this, there are HUGE walls already in place which means a new wall will not be needed... so that brings down the wall to a few hundred miles... if 2000 miles cost 10 billion, what does a few hundred miles cost? A much smaller fraction... /end you liberals..

Sure, Mexico wont pay. It is the long term goal of Mexico to reclaim the territory the US had taken from them in the 1800's. They don't want to have to tear the wall down once they reclaim California.

The way the reclamation is accomplished is by massive influx illegal aliens and legal immigrants from Mexico as well as convincing non-Mexican liberals to act as allies to their effort. Once the voting population is high enough to act they vote in Reconquista friendly politicians that facilitate more illegal immigration. The state eventually becomes populated by a majority of voters whose goal is Reconquista. Once the numbers are sufficient, the state will vote to secede and leave the United States and can then be reclaimed by Mexico.

The states under reclamation include:

California
Nevada
Arizona
New Mexico
Texas
Utah
and parts of
Colorado
Wyoming
Kansas
Oklahoma

Here is a proposed map of the reclamation plan.

If your neighbors dog comes into your yard to take a dump and your neighbor doesn't care what do you do?

You can't shoot it
You can't poison it

You CAN build a fence to keep that dog out.

Not to mention you have all sorts of programs now that reward snitches.
Do we have plastic sniffing dogs too? Pre paid cards can be mailed, and you can pick one up anywhere.

Prepaid cards have to be used in Mexico at a place that takes the card... its not that hard to require prepaid cards bought in the US to have special flags and when it is used by IP address or location in Mexico, its not that hard to withdraw a Border Wall Fee on its use... you could always change an IP address but 99.9% of the Americans don't know how to do that and how many Mexicans would know how?

Why not? If they move to Mexico, its the benefit of Mexico... benefits that you take away and Mexico will whine... which would cause less money to inflow into Mexico... Its far easier and less painful if Mexico paid... If they want to start something that they can't win... go right ahead... I suspect Mexico will make a "hidden" payment while publicly denying any payment which is what happens a lot in most countries...
