and conservatives applaud this idea?

So not only will we pay for it with taxdollars the first time we will pay for it again in raised prices from imports from Mexico. Does anyone really believe prices won't go up once they hit them with a 20% tariff?

I don't... does anyone believe that Mexico is the only country that sells products? Four months of tariffs = Fantastic wall... Peru, Argentina, or any country in the world... would you like 300 BILLION dollars worth of trade?

American taxpayers will underwrite the $25+ billion to build it.

Then Americans will be taxed/tariffed to pay off the debt.

Meanwhile, our bridges are literally falling down.

Perú does have Free Trade agreement with USA, but Car Manufacturing industries take more tan 4 years to start operations from the emplacement to the starting production. Argentina want US to open its Grain and Meat Market and US Farmers don't want to, thus Argentina rejected Bush's ALCA Alliance.
