The issue is not that the statement is difficult to understand. It's that the statement is completely fatuous.

You don't seem to understand the purpose behind avoiding conflicts of interest in public service if your standard is "there's no evidence of wrongdoing yet."

You should do a little research into that.

It's not my opinion that the president, and vice president cannot have a conflict of interest, it's a matter of federal law.

None of the states he needs to file change of status paperwork report that they have seen those manilla file folders.

Perhaps it is taking him longer to sign than he had originally thought.
