I will never forget this.....
I have friends who are jewish...and she had an awesome Mother-in-law, who, we all would stop and see together, while visiting their summer place of vacation.
She would tell the funniest jokes, we'd all be in stitches...laughing, and I mean belly laughs...she would of course, immitate a jewish mother and talk about her son who never came around...
well I shared this funny story, in another forum thought it would give them all a smile, and to my shock, I was called a racist??? And I mean that...they were absolutely serious and extremely angry? My God?
I even posted something like, doesn't anyone ever laugh at themselves any more? Everyone is so serious and angry?
When I was growing up, we used to tell ethnic jokes, especially the Italian ones, (I'm Italian) and everyone took it as they were, comical...now, holy cow...people's cats get offended anymore.
You were not allowed to say Merry Christmas and now you magically are?
Funny, I've been saying it any time I felt it appropriate and it's never been an issue
Bizarre.
We were reminded several times at work, that we must say Happy Holidays so as not to offend people...actually, one year I said Merry Christmas to one woman and she looked at me and said, "we're supposed to be saying, Happy Holidays". My reply was, "I was born and raised to say that, anything else, defeats my heritage".
Your very fortunate....
While this was going on, I told people, I'm going to continue to say Merry Christmas, and I did....if they say something else back to me, that was fine....I really don't care, but don't take my rights away from me.
yeah, after 8 years, I'm sure glad it's over for a while....
I'm so glad I can say Merry Christmas at work again....awesome!
I think everyone should be allowed to express their heritage
Merry Christmas is simply as staple as shoo fly pie in PA
Ya'll Christians worried about stupid words and plastic decorations but couldn't give a **** less about refugees who will die because of our Dear Leader.

Recall when Obama said he'd draw the line in the sand then didn't. Syrians died big time due to the chemical weapons used and the weapons he dumped into the region.
You can blame Obama, he certainly wasn't a Christian.

You really must try to get with it my friend.
Killing people and letting them die is NEVER Christian.
I've been offended by politically correctness for the last 15 years.
Really. I need a safe space and a puppy from politically correctness.
It has pushed my sanity to the brink of madness.
That video is funny as ****. I'm going to share the **** out of it.

I know. It's January 31. Thought we were done with the "Now I can say Merry Christmas!" thing.
That tops out as one of the dumbest fake outrage items ever.
