Exactly. And for senators like McCain and Lindsey Graham who are opposed to going nuclear if the Dems filibuster Trump's SCOTUS talks, they are idiots if they think that Dems won't go full nuclear at the first/next chance they get. I'm glad that Trump helped many in the GOP give a damn and fight back.

Which goes to prove, they are NOT needed and instead of trying to delay everything, just stay away so the adults can get to work.

I could just a well be 20 years.

Considering the very bad prediction reputation the left EARNED during the campaign and the HUGE loss they had, I wouldn't give 2 cents for ANY liberal "prediction"

The left NEVER ceases to amaze me.

The dems leaders SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO THE EXACT SAME THING.

And now the repubs do what the dems promised and threatened to do is acting like brat.

Maybe the dems should act like brats and threaten to do things.

Trump won. Elections have consequences. If the democrats are mad that:

* Trump won
* Trump selected the supreme court nominee
* The supreme court has had a vacancy for a year
* The filibuster is about to be done away with for SC nominations

Then I invite them to think about the following

* Trump won because your party nominated a criminal corrupt candidate who was lazy to boot
* To the winners of the elections go the spoils AND elections have consequences (B.H. Obama)
* Schumer in 2007 already laid the groundwork for delaying a SC nominee when he said that George W Bush would not get to put someone on the court before the election of 2008
* The democrats did the exact same thing a while back with all other judicial appointees, eliminating the filibuster so that they could move their picks through. Called reaping what you sow!!!
"* The supreme court has had a vacancy for a year"

And isn't it ironic how so many dems whined and cried because "we have to have 9 judges and no delays are justified. we can't wait, etc., etc., etc.

NOW it is OK to delay and it is NOT important to have full court.

The word "hypocrite" come to mind!

It seems that even slow learning democrats have figured out that skipping votes isn't a good idea. They need to fire that advisor. The wheels of government will continue to move.

Such attitude is exactly why the Democrat party has been neutered as demonstrated by the OP.
But that's nearly every argument in this forum!

Are you saying every "conservative" or "Republican" who starts their post with insulting the other side is also "void of logic or fact"?

If you are, I agree would you. Third-grade insults and taunts are no way for adults to converse--certainly that shouldn't be how one runs a government or leads a county!
