The fact remains, the Office of Legal Counsel at the DOJ deemed the order legal.
And if we use this "targets one religion, race, group, etc" nonsense "logic" which is 100% non-sequitur, why weren't these same groups filing lawsuits/stop orders in a frenzy at the feds/obama when he passed the "dreamer act" given the vast majority who benefit are hispanic? And given it's mostly young people that benefited, where's the age discrimination card being played by these same groups? Shouldn't all people regardless of age here illegally be treated the same/given a free pass to protect their illegal status selves? Where's the outrage/lawsuits by these same "Caring" groups in states like washington and beyond?

Seriously, think about the insanity/illogic/double standards of all of this.

The answer is it's obvious the agenda doesn't work in those examples for certain groups so it's all good to their world order.

Selective racist/sexist/religion/this/that/the other discrimination in full swing.

Pathetic.

Thumbs up Homeland Security suspends travel ban

Huge blow to Trump. Good job to John Kelly.

The department of homeland security issued a statement this afternoon agreeing to comply with U.S. District Judge James Robart’s Friday ruling blocking the Trump administration’s so called Muslim ban.

Quote:
Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump's government moved swiftly Saturday to comply with a federal judge's order halting his immigration ban -- even as Trump denounced the judge.

The Department of Homeland Security announced it has suspended all actions to implement the immigration order and will resume standard inspections of travelers as it did prior to the signing of the travel ban.

The first sentence seems to cover the issue quite well.
Again, this is the LAW (from 8 USC 1182):

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States

would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as

he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or

nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

Trump complied with the LAW!

Default This So Called President Doesn't Understand Separation of Powers

What is our country coming to when a judge can halt a Homeland Security travel ban and anyone, even with bad intentions, can come into U.S.?

He needs to read the Constitution.

Not saying judge will be upheld, but there is a process set out in the Constitution.

I'm very pleased to hear about the court ruling and looking forward to similar rulings blocking many more things Trump is planning to do. They will fight him tooth and nail on every outrageous thing he tries to do for the next four years. They will leave no stone unturned in utilizing every legal maneuver available to block, delay, or diminish his actions. The less damage this bull in a china shop is allowed to do, the better. If that means using guerilla style legal tactics, so be it.

So, for thirteen hundred years Muslims have been trying to invade and conquer Europe, is that what you're saying?

Not a very formidable foe, huh?

No, the current unrest is brought to you by a bunch of radicals who aren't even popular with their fellow Muslims.
You need to do some study on Islam. Then you can get back to me. That is exactly their goal, and that is why they are here in the U.S.

Have you been paying attention to what's been happening in Germany?

Lebanon was once a Christian country. Now it is Muslim. Why? The Muslims moved in and (with multiple wives and therefore many, many children, they quickly 'out bread" the Christians until they were the majority. Turkey was once a Christian nation.

Were it not for the Crusades, many more European countries would be Muslim, as the Muslims were slaughtering the Christians and taking over the lands until they were driven out.

I've spent many hours studying and learning about this very topic. A world wide caliphate is their goal. They have their eyes on the U.S. and Canada. They are making inroads. Even now we have whole cities where the Muslim population is quite prevalent, maybe even dominant.

And, yes, I know what you're going to call me ..."a conspiracy theorist." Do your research. Then get back to me.

Donald Trumps twitter is just a show. It means nothing. I don't think he values separation of powers, I actually think very few do anymore, but this tweet is just glitter and confetti. The apolitical morons will jerk off to it, the media will tell us we should care what it says (and not about local issues; **** your mayor and what he's up to, look at this tweet!), and the intelligent of us will just not give it the attention it wants.
