Trump obeyed the LAW! The Seattle judge did not. I have to wonder, is the judge even familiar with this part of the United States Code? It would appear not. I imagine he will get educated sooner or later...

I guess you stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night. So case closed folks, the guy who shoveled pig crap all his life and posts on City Data figured out what a federal judge couldn't. No more to see, case closed.

YES.

Unlike the right, we don't need "2nd Amendment Remedies". We have the actual constitution to stand upon until Trump tried to declare Martial Law or whatever Bannon's next crazy step it.

Ideally, Trump supporters would grow a brain. But that's unlikely to happen. A certain percentage of people are naturally (brain wired that way) "Authoritarians" in that they suspend what they may know as "right" for the comfort of having someone else think for them.

Well, you see, Trump called the judge in this case a "so-called" judge." Here is the tweet:

"The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!."

So that must be the proper protocol when you disagree with someone--you attempt to de-legitimize the person you disagree with. Trump should know all about this, as he did this very thing to his predecessor in the White House. It seems very fitting that we apply that same standard to our so-called president.

The president has broad powers to address immediate threats, maybe Trump knows something that suddenly happened that even his closest advisors such as Kelly and Mattis were unaware.
He believed that the unlimited entry of a certain class of peoples from certain countries constituted a threat to the United States.
The LAW gives him the authority to stop such immigration.
He did that, for a specified limited period, as the LAW requires.

As for specific terrorist activity, how about the Boston bombers, the San Bernardino shooters, and possibly some others that I can't think of right at the moment

ok liberals are so hypocrites.....when judges ruled against Obama or the liberal agenda they go after the judges.

Obama did it.....and so do many democrats when judges orders or stay doesn't go their way.....but when Trump does it then he is undermining the constitution and seperation of power....what a joke!

Trump has every right to disagree with the judge just like Obama and every Democrat has done.......if you don't like a judge ruling, you appeal it like Obama and Democrats have done.

hypocrites!

Trump ordered a travel ban on Iraq without bothering to consult the Sec. of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or even the Director of National Intelligence. Since they are actually running a war in Iraq, one would think that at least giving them a heads up, if not actually consulting with them, would have been a smart move.

Fingers crossed here.
At this point things will either end up peacefully or in blood. The peaceful resolution is impeachment. The bloody one is a crackdown of protests and resistance by the federal government. Either a very real possibility.

I just hope Trump learned his lesson here. Based on his tweets, it seems he hasn't.

I thought your candidate is better than Obama. Then why do the same things as you claim?
