The executive branch only has so much power.

Not to mention, this would be ludicrously stupid. The UC system is incredibly important to a huge amount of research. And the riots in relation to that kind of move would be insane.

The inventions and patents that come out of UC literally make many of the medicines that treat you today, give the US advanced technology used for the military, and eventually employ thousands of people in many states.

I will admit that I've seen funding used for good things at one CA university. UC Davis .In both medical and veterinary sciences. If I had a choice of hospital I could go to right now for help with the debilitating conditions plaguing me, I wouldn't hesitate to put that place on my short list.
I favor cutting off federally funded student loans to any college that allows riots against conservatives. Put them out of business.
