I just saw the evening news where they were reporting how Yale University will be changing the name of Calhoun College because of the historic action of this alumni who the school is named for. Additional news clips showed students protesting the name change along with demands for Princeton to change the name on Woodrow Wilson hall because of his support of KKK during his life.

Am I imagining it or are these students who have held violent protests and seem to have a tantrum over everything they don't agree with now trying to sanitize our history? Will all unpleasant facts, actions, or remembrances that remain be sanitized to meet their vision?

Really? What is wrong with you?

Comparing us citizens to ISIS? REALLY?

What a bunch of nonsense.

Are you about to retire? If so, it's a good time to get rid of social security and medi-care. It'll save us young-ling's quite a bit of tax money and apply that "smaller" government all you Trumpers ask for.

Hold on guys, he may have a point. Surely a self congratulatory but ultimately meaningless protest is of similar moral equivalence to cutting off the heads of apostates, throwing gays off of roof tops, and generally causing further instability in the Middle East.

On second though, not it isn't and that's ****ing stupid.

Calhoun was a strong proponent of slavery. I can understand the reason to change the name.
