Companies in Missouri won. Workers lost. The GOP is on the side of the companies.
Rather than crying publically the way most democrats are these days why doesn't the union update its role & purpose. They have operated under the same archaic model similar to GM & Sears and we all know what has happened with them; their message of doom & gloom without them representing the workers gets real old and workers today are less likely to follow big brother without question the way they used to.

Unions in the 70's were needed to combat abhorrent working conditions and extremely low pay. Those days are over and those conditions cannot return as employees have basic rights even in a RTW state. I live in one but moved from a state with unions. Unions now are money grubbing lobbyists that hold legislatures and employees hostage to outrageous demands (or paying off legislators). I was a member of one that started out helping but in the last 15 years has turned into an embarrassment.

Good for them-now money can't be extorted from workers to pay for a little club they aren't even members of! Should be federal.

This can't be true. Republicans have been telling everyone that the Democrats have abandoned the working class and that they are now the working class party.

Stephen Moore: GOP Now Party of Working Class
Trump adviser tells House Republicans: You're no longer Reagan's party | TheHill
Donald Trump

Straight from their own mouths. No way a party that is fighting for working class interests would attack labor unions. Must be fake news right?
