40% approval is about what other polls are showing. So not too out of line.
Since Trump and the faithful do not put any stock in polls, say they are all "fake news," I'm surprised so many have taken the time to post on this thread about polls.
Having lived in AZ for 6 years, my guess which is more educated than those of the poll, says they are very pleased and can't wait for more actions by President Trump!

Independent number is a little disconcerting but nothing really unusual. Trump isn't very likeable and the media's coverage of him has been brutal and shrill. As a result Democrats hate him, Republicans more or less like him and Independents shift with the prevailing media winds.
I value state polls more than national polls so I wouldn't dismiss these results out of hand but I'd refrain from drawing too many conclusions from polls at this juncture.
