Regardless of your opinions about Laura Ingraham, she was one of Clarence Thomas's law clerks. That means either he is considering retiring, or he informed Ingraham of another vacancy soon (perhaps Anthony Kennedy).

If Gorsuch is confirmed and Trump gets to replace Thomas and Kennedy in his first term, the Supreme Court will be majority Conservative for a few decades or so.
