Trying to understand what you're suggesting. You think it's law that POTUS must seek advice and council from his cabinet before issuing an EO? It's customary, yes, but law? I don't think so.

As to this decision - no surprise there. The 9th Circuit is bucking to hit the 90% mark on reversals I think. Maybe they think they get a prize.

As expected ..... the 9th Rules against National Security and the US Immigration Laws.
Trump says "see you in Court".

I haven't found the full text of the ruling yet. The 9th is so predictable and the most overturned Circuit Court in the USA -- over 80% overruled by SCOTUS.
Law means nothing to them.

The courts should not be able to change laws. They have overstepped their bounds numerous times.

Well, the boy king now knows he has opposition and it won't end quietly. Unless he pulls a Putin and starts "disappearing" people.

You don't suppose the Dems picked the most liberal court in the country to press this issue by accident do you? These liberal activist judges are "owned" by the left and thus, predictable. -- That is why the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government are supposed to be separate. (It's also why 86-percent of the 9th circuit rulings that reach the Supreme Court are overturned!)

Nobody should be able to select a liberal or conservative judge to get the interpretation of the law they desire. Of course, when politics takes precedence over the law, that's not the case. That's why the Supreme Court nominee is such a big deal -- and alternatively, why judicial activism (legislating from the bench) is such a cancer on the soul of America.

I understand why he's unhappy with the outcome, and I am too, but he really needs to get ahold of himself on Twitter.

The San Bernardino shooters were from the United States and Pakistan. Pakistan isn't included in the ban.

Our so-called president is the best recruitment tool for terrorists that ever walked the earth. The minute he instituted his Muslim ban--and everyone with a brain knows that's exactly what it was--ISIS began using it as proof to the rest of the world that the American president was, indeed, waging a war against a religion. They probably had recruits lining up to sign up.

If there is a terrorist attack on our country going forward, blame can be laid right at the door of the Oval Office.
