Surely he recollects that this was a clear violation of the Logan Act that "forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the U.S. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position."
Taking the first one.....says him saying he released tax statements was a lie. The article notes that he released his tax statements, they were just bitching he didn't release every single page.
