He never intended to interfere with H1b's and, possibly green card holders. That is why his order was challenged and the courts are finding the persons affected have a right to due process. The so-called president will put out new orders clarifying that point and go from there.

Never before, has a foreign national, had any constitutional right to due process. If we gave it to them, because we are nice that way, it was a privilege.
This court changed the Constitution without amendment, to include all people of the earth, not just We the People of the United States.

Who would think the United States would try and treat people from other countries they way we want to be treated?:rolleye s:
the 9th Circuit Court never mention the status, they went around it:
Immigration and Nationally Act: "Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of ALL ALIENS"
that's like the court ruling against or for free speech without mentioning the statue in the 1st amendment.
so to strike down Trump's order they have to declare the law which has been in the books since 1952 illegal or constitutional.
The law says ALL ALIENS which include Visas.
I can see why 90% of the 9th circuit court decisions have been overruled by the Supreme Court.
if nationals of foreign countries have due process under the constitution when they are NOT on U.S. soil like the liberal court is basically saying then anybody can sue the federal government on foreign soil because of our foreign policy.
the Japanese and Germans who we bombed in WW 2 have a right to due process and sue the federal government.......this is insane!
First of all it was 86 % for one year and it was only those cases accepted by the supreme court, the 9th circuit court is not the most over turned over the period 2010-2015. How many cases do you think the supreme court hears each year, a few thousand? You need to stop listening to Sean Hannity.
Only Americans have that privilege.
Especially in time of a Jihad Holy War.
I'm trying everything to keep the fox out of the hen house and you are over there cutting holes in the fence.
Time to go down in that bunker and get ready for the Jihad, stay scared.

“It definitely has picked up a little as Donald Trump emerged as president,” said Lynch, general manager of Rising S Co. on the outskirts of the rural city of Murchison. Lynch said some customers even half-jokingly say they’re trying to protect themselves from a “Trumpocalypse” or “Trumpnado.”
He should shut the whole operation down, visas and refugees, until he has better criteria for everyone. I would like to see lie detectors used in embassies, myself. Make it harder for US companies to hire cheap labor would be a side benefit.
Stick it in the ear of Rubio and Ryan, champions of letting foreigners come in and squeeze out American workers in the tech industry, for one, by getting a law passed that those workers have to be paid the same as Americans to disincentivize hiring them.
