4.5 million lbs of garbage, 200 abandoned cars to clean up after these so-called protesters so concerned about the environment left.

Was that the natives or the protestors that came to speak "on their behalf"?

I'm a proponent of being a voice for the voiceless but not if you're gonna do it like that (leaving trash and junk after you're done).

Agreed. These were George Soros funded puppets. The legal fees on this pipeline per mile is equal to the pipe and the labor to put it in.

Soros is making the pipeline twice as expensive as it needs to be. That is sad because it accomplishes nothing except makes gas just a little bit more expensive for you and I.

Sorry, but no, Soros is not behind this or generally any protests. I'll believe it when I see proof. He's just another politically active billionaire (for more examples, see the Koch Brothers, or our own damn president), not some megaschemer. Nobody has that kind of resources to do something on such a massive scale and keep all participants quiet.

This bizarre Soros obsession, which has been going on for 10 years now, is insane. According to you people, Soros is the all-powerful evil master who engineers everything behind some wizardry curtain. At this point, you're just embarrassing yourselves.

As for American Indians: What--the theft and destruction of their land and culture isn't enough for you? Now you want to rag on them some more? This is nothing less than shameful. What's more, you're doing it in your role as minions for the billionaires, whom you oddly think see you as anything but obedient and mindless little minions, ready to do their dirty work and step on the necks of your fellow, impoverished Americans. Wipe the earth of the Indians so the billionaires can lay their pipelines and further destroy Nature. Good little minions, good! Now run along. . . .

More shameful than what they left behind? Good lord man. Do you know what 4.5 million lbs of trash looks like? Or the environmental damage 200 cars could do if they flooded?

Get with reality here and stop with the canned rants.

The Vagina Hats left a ton of garbage.

So did the "Occupy Wall Street" morons.

Concerned with protesting. Nothing else.

Someone else can clean their mess up...

Kinda how it works for them in every other aspect of their lives: they can make a mess and someone else should to pay to clean it up for them.

"Soros-funded" implies entirely funded by George Soros. But no, the article mentions him as one donor--among many other wealthy donors--who contributes to several organizations. That's not news. Most wealthy people contribute money to an array of organizations.

Funny you post a picture of a Sicilian who happened to play a Native American (real name Espera Oscar de Corti) Then again, maybe you did know that and are trying to be clever
