Trump's justice department will do the rooting out and prosecuting.

His CIA and NSA will find out where the leaks are coming from.

Only 5-10 people could have gotten access to the material and leaked it.

So it won't be hard to find the guilty party/parties.

Yes.

Obama does not have any special immunity.

There are a lot of things he could be arrested for -- obstruction of justice would be the easiest to prove.

His whole administration was based on obstruction of justice -- plus corruption and treason (but those are harder to prove, and are rarely punished.)
