Exactly, I drive a semi-tractor for a living, and already put in 60+ hr weeks, and am barred by both federal law (FMCSA) and by employment contract from getting a second job, which I would only be able to work on Sundays anyways.

I said they paid a lower total effective tax rate than Swedes earning less than that. Sweden has a regressive tax system, as do other Scandinavian and European countries. Read the research:

At 10% someone who makes 100k a year is still paying 5X what someone making 20k per year pays.

Does the person who makes 100k use 5X the government services over someone making 20k?

I was responding to the people who say I should work more, and yes I make more than $2/hr. I'm paid 43 cents per mile, which is the equivalent of $26/hr or so
