I believe he's busy declaring Chicago to be a sanctuary city.

Chicago will need to get the Feds to take over as liberals run Chicago in the ground.

Obama didn't want to move back... too dangerous for his family.

You'd figure that after the young black girl that was invited to the state of the union speech was killed, Obama would have turned his lazer focus on Chicago and saving black lives among others.

Instead all we heard was the safest cities and states are those with the most strict gun laws.

Everytime I leave Maine, I have to wash all the blood off my tires that runs in the street because of their lax gun laws.

Liberals are shooting for the elimination of all privately owned firearms at sometime in the distant future and are willing to sacrifice lives now to achieve that theoretical state. Many more lives need to be sacrificed by liberals' legislative solutions which chip away at gun ownership and accept innocents deaths as colateral damage.

They believe the unassailable academic theory that if there are no guns there will be no firearm deaths. Unfortunately, like a lot of academic theories, they cannot hold up when faced with reality.

I heard on a talk show there were 7 murder yesterday in Chicago. 7 in one day. Had this been the Iraq invasion, it would have been the lead story on every network. Every newspaper would have led with the story.

I thought that can't be right. He must have meant shots fired or people wounded. But 7 killed? So I looked for a story on it.

It wasn't even a story on the New York Times webpage. It didn't even show on Google news. I had to search for it. How sad is it when such slaughter becomes so common that it gets no mention at all? What kind of civilization accepts such death as routine, like so many speeding tickets?

This is beyond defining deviancy down of the rountinazation of it. Where is the Mayor? Why doesn't the Governor do something if the Mayor won't? (I'd ask where Black Live Matter is but maybe it's better they're nowhere to be found.)

MSM moved to discussing leaks and information from unnamed sources instead of discussing real news. They pick news based on their preference, agenda and put a in a spin rather than covering real news.

Chicago isn't the most dangerous city in the US.

Why do we hear so much about Chicago and not St. Louis? Detroit?

Easy. Black on black violence doesn't exist in the liberal world. To them, only white people and cops are oppressing blacks. That's it.

Better question, where is DJT ? If he would stop taking so many vacations, he might follow up on his promises to help take care of the crime and violence in cities like Chicago. He was all tough talk during the elections, now he spends his time on worrying about his attendance numbers.
