That's an easy question. First of all 20 minutes cancer be called "detained"!

And the last time he entered from Jamaica he was questioned like many others are asked questions!

Why do you think President Trump is out of control? He doesn't work at the airport. We can't take any chances at letting just anyone in. We must protect our country and there has to be a process for that. And people from the countries you implied have a high terroristic track record. That's just the way it is.
