Another 100 companies pull advertising from Breitbart | The Independent

Audi, Visa, T Mobile and Lufthansa have joined the growing list of companies to withdraw, according to Sleeping Giants, the group behind the campaign, which claims that at least 1,250 advertisers no longer wish to be associated with it.

It may be done but something just as vile will probably take its place.

I suppose our friends in the left need to bitterly cling to any morsel of "good" new they can latch onto these days. Poor things.

Maybe it's time more people contribute their own money for the support of these independent media outlets.

Actually it only makes sense.

Those that believe you can only receive the "truth" from Fox News, CNN, et al are truly being manipulated by the powers that be.

It's sad they can't see it.

True journalism is hard to come by these days. If it wasn't for independent media, these outlet's manipulation of the data would not be exposed. Yes they have been misrepresenting the facts. This can thankfully be exposed by a quick search where one can obtain the text with context from other journalists.

Only a fool would think it's a good idea that these outlets be closed down. The rationale for what these corporate companies are doing is simple. They see their bottom line being impacted. It is pretty apparent.

I've probably read Breitbart a dozen times in my life. I don't support censorship. Some Americans seem to enjoy, even rejoice, in silencing opposing points of view to their own. I've never understood those kind of people.

Trump might use taxpayer money to bail them out.

The government isn't taking away Breibart's right to free speech; the market is. I'd think that Republicans would welcome the market making its own decisions.

A small group of very vocal activists are taking away the free speech by harassing Breitbart advertisers and you know it. It is a coordinated effort by the Far Left Hive who don't like this media outlet's point of view. This attack doesn't reflect "the market" in any way.
