Attacking the NYT to defend a guy with a 4th grade vocabulary is being anti intellectual (Obama, bias)

The Sulzbergers who owned the New York Times had an agenda: To make America "less white" so that Jews would be "safe."

It seems that they've succeeded with the "less white" part, but that doesn't necessarily make Jews safe.

I'd say the opposite is true.

As for the Times being literary and intellectual, I would expect those qualities to rub off on the liberals here who praise the Times.

Sorry, I'm not seeing it.

In fact, they can't even get basic facts and logic right.

Elegant prose, wit, erudition, worldliness, sophistication -- Nun-unh.

My guess is that Trump's IQ is 150 -- a lot higher than the IQ of the average journalist, which would be about 100.

The NYT is a collection of people, biased people. If they conducted themselves with the balance and impartiality which is required of real reporters they might be more respected.

The NY times and the newspaper industry did to to themselves by not adapting to political and technological changes. Its like watching sears and retail die.

Mcclatchy,Gannett, tribune media, ny times etc have all lost a fortune in stock value , even with layoffs and getting digital numbers up they still are in massive decline, digital advertising is nothing compared to print advertising for these companies

Defining NYT as a literary work is a mistake a 4th grader might make.
