Thanks for your post...a true 'blast from the past'. I'd point out that Lincoln had previously suspended Habeas Corpus and declared martial law. Thus, he was acting in his role of Commander-in-chief. Unless Trump is in the same position, I'd not look for any arrests.
Those actions were later declared unconstitutional. Ex Parte Milligan (1866), for example. Ex Parte Merryman (1861) also applies in regards to habeas corpus.
