This is unprecedented, I don't remember Holder asking for the resignation of Bush era attorneys or likewise A shcroft asking for the resignation of attorneys from the Clinton era

I heard about this earlier today. Great news. Get rid of the left wing judges appointed by Obama. It's another nail in the coffin of libs.
I'm looking forward to having a DOJ that concentrates on crime and corruption. Obama's DOJ was primarily interested in advancing the left's social agenda and waging war on law enforcement.
Didn't see a thread in this; it is being reported by FOX.
Great news! Drain the swamp of the liberal partisan hacks from the failed Obama regime.
To replace them with what? I just read the article, and like Trump's other firings, it sounds like he will replace all the fired attorneys with empty chairs. Unlike presidents before him, he shoots first and asks questions later by firing people without having candidates waiting in the wings who have accepted the soon to be open position. That "draining the swamp" mantra rings hollow when the president doesn't have sensible plan in place. And he doesn't. Leaving so many government vacancies leaves the US at risk. And BTW, just because an employee works for the government doesn't make them partisan. Many White House employees have worked for several administrations.

Huh? This is not unprecedented. If you recall, Jim Letten (former US Attorney for Eastern District of Louisiana) was one of less than a handful of US Attorneys appointed by Bush that the Obama White House allowed to stay. US Attorneys are political appointees and should reflect the political worldview of the president/AG they are serving under.
