If wiki leaks can cross the CIA without fear of retribution that would really make them a world class power. The CIA probably has many weapons in its arsenal but none as powerful as US dollars. There's got to be some; housekeeper, janitor, landscaper or plummer they can pay enough money to slip a note of warning under Julian's pillow.
