Obama's story has too many holes in it. " The evidence? It comes from a short bio that was “used by Barack Obama’s literary agency beginning in 1991 and ending in 2007 – the year he declared his candidacy for president.” Here’s the first sentence of the opening paragraph ( Breitbart ):
“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
Incorrect. There are some cases in which they are not.
For example, IF Obama had been born outside the US, he would NOT have acquired US Citizenship from his mother according to the law in effect at the time.
Current examples of children born abroad to US Citizens who are not US Citizens at birth:
Those born outside the US to two US citizen parents, neither of whom have ever lived in the US.
Those born outside the US to parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States but has not been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of such person, and the other of whom is a national, but not a citizen of the United States.

Those born outside the US to parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was not physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years.
Not the point, FFS. The point is, if you're born overseas under conditions that make you a US citizen, that status is yours from birth - not from the time when the paperwork is approved.
Why should I do the research when the OP brought this up without concrete proof? I have heard enough of this garbage.
Why is this still even talked about? The right must be really scared of Obama for some reason because they certainly bring up stuff a lot of stuff that isn't true. Trump still can't stop talking about his idol Obama.
Well...you are the one who has doubts. Don't you want to clear things up for yourself?

It's a statutory citizenship, nonetheless. It legislatively imposes a very narrow (and limited) segment of US jurisdiction on those present in other countries, which is not universally applicable in other cases regarding US Citizens' rights.
For example, if a US Citizen commits a crime while they're abroad, their Constitutional Rights don't apply in the foreign country.
The idiots are those who just take Obama at his word.
No, the idiots are the ones who refuse to take the State of Hawaii at its word.
