How was Trump proved 100% right? Even Nunes said HE WAS NOT RIGHT. It's right here. You can see and hear the words coming out of Nunes' mouth.

Devin Nunes full interview with Jake Tapper - CNN Video

Tapper: But there was intelligence value or there there was not intelligence value?

Nunes: In some of it, yeah, there's, there's a lot of it was good intelligence value. Ah, but some of it I think is questionable at best. And look, until we get these reports in our hands and I can share the with all the members, both Republicans and Democrats, we'll have to comb through that to see whether or not it was the right thing or not. Look I think the bottom line here is that President trump to some degree is right that he did end up in some intelligence reports and I don't think he knew about it.

Tapper: But how is he right if he said that he was, he said Obama wire tapped him at Trump Towers?

Nunes: No, he's not right about that Jake. but as you know I told you that, I think many times.

And what did Trump say?
Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!
How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!

So, exactly where in Nunes' interview does he say President Obama had Trump's "wires tapped" in Trump Tower? Enlighten us on how Trump is 100% right.

Washington DC is a dark place. They will fight tooth and nail to protect themselves and will make up any evidence and coverup their misdeeds. The dems are fighting because their entire political philosophy and socialist order is threatened. They are in trouble and it shows.

Hopefully people will wake up to the fact that the so-called great Obama damaged the security of our country by putting us in so much debt. He had the chance to fix things early in his administration but caved to the special interests. Dems complain about special interests but they are the ones contributing the most to their campaigns.

DC needs an enema to flush out Obama holdovers.

Seems like he got pushed into doing this as he looks somewhat uncomfortable in that White House press conference he gave.

He didn't do Trump a favor because there is bipartisan support for an independent intelligence committee, that is the last thing he wanted.
At this point, an independent prosecutor would likely be in Trump's best interest.

The last thing Trump needs are more public Congressional hearings. Plus, unless it leads to a criminal indictment, any evidence an IP discovers is kept hidden, regardless of the public's right to know.

So if it ends up they can't, say, obtain subpoenaed documents from Russia and thus can't move forward with an indictment, then the whole things gets buried.

The House Intelligence Committee can pull it together. Even once Nunes resigns, there are still plenty on the committee.

They need to do their jobs.

I always suspected Comey knew Nunes was compromised, which is why he was pretty unwilling to admit stuff during the closed committee hearing and told Nunes in the open hearings, "I'll never tell you".

I'm thinking this was a sting operation by the FBI. They gave Nunes some information, and waited to see what he would do with it. He rushed straight to the Press and White House instead of the intel committee, thereby confirming FBI suspicions that he's a spy for Trump.

...But while Democrats did stall several Trump Cabinet picks, the vast majority of sub-Cabinet slots that require confirmation are vacant because of a personnel crisis in the Trump White House. And there are many such empty slots. Trump has named only 20 sub-Cabinet-level positions, including two who withdrew — a list that includes nominees for ambassadorships, counsel positions, and commissioners, according to a tracker from the Washington Post and Partnership for Public Service. CNN reports that “Trump has more than 1,900 vacancies within his new administration, most of which did not require Senate confirmation, according to data from tracking service Leadership Directories. The White House objects to those numbers, but didn’t provide me with any data of their own to refute them. ...

I think that's exactly what it was.

Wasn't it Representative Jason Chaffetz who tweeted/leaked Comey's letter?
