I think you mean "According to our MEDIA". I haven't seen any word from the WH blaming Assad yet.
Most likely another false flag attack by an increasingly desperate, losing, terrorist organization.
Russia continues to protect Assad, so what's Trumps plan.
I have not heard the Russian theory on the chemical attack.
