And I guess the US cannot be the winner and gain the 'truth' as there's nothing there for us to win!

I think you mean "According to our MEDIA". I haven't seen any word from the WH blaming Assad yet.

Most likely another false flag attack by an increasingly desperate, losing, terrorist organization.

He can't

Putin backs Assad all the way. Syria has been a Russian client state for over 50 years.
