So if it turns out that Assad did order the sarin gas attack and it wasn't a leak from a factory as someone claimed, should he not be charged with war crimes and tried for crimes against humanity.

How is this different than what Saddam Hussein did?

I think the world court or whoever does these things needs to investigate and indict is appropriate. Then let NATO go get him.

Same as Saddam Hussein and he should be charged with crimes against humanity.

There is no proof Assad did anything.

Really, if you don't blame him for his latest actions then go back to 2013. Assad wasn't aware of the those chemical agents that Russia removed in 2013 as part of the agreement. Assad is pretty blatantly exterminating his opposition, at some point he needs to be held accountable for his crimes.

I find it sad that these same weapons of mass destruction were in Iraq, even though the left proclaimed, "See they had no WMDs!" while there were numerous reports that WMDs were being shipped across the border into Syria. We don't know who has them, where they are in Syria... and we don't know who is using them but we're gonna bomb the hell out of Assad's military bases.

The left was wrong about the lack of WMDs in Iraq. The right (Trump) is wrong about picking Assad as the bad guy rather than crazy Assad opposition who is trying to portray Assad as the bad guy.

The TRUTH is, we don't know where these WMDs were taken. We don't know who is controlling them. We don't know who is using them yet were gonna start another war... more shock and awe, just to show that we can impose OUR (the US foreign policy) will and dictates upon ANY and EVERY nation we (the US foreign policy) decides we don't like for whatever reason we don't like them.

It is no wonder that nations left, right and center are turning against the US. EVERY person involved in the political machine coming out of Washington DC needs to be publicly caned, then strung up by their damn necks until they are dead. I don't give a damn if they are republicans or democrats... string them ALL up!

The US doesn't participate in the International Criminal Court (ICC) and has even withdrawn funding, leaving many asking is the ICC actually fit for purpose. Whilst many African countries are also now threatening to quit the ICC.

His own people should charge them. We need to stay out of it.

Chemical weapons were moved from Iraq to Syria. IMHO, there is a good chance we saw some of them used yesterday.

That being said, we should not have gone into Iraq and Syria is none of outlet business.
