All this boycotting by athletes is really in poor taste. Go to the damn White House when you're invited for crying out loud. Show some respect for the office.

It's a convenient excuse to say he is not interested in going to the WH.

PS. Patriots didn't play in the Super Bowl last year, which might explain why he didn't go last year.

More likely than lying, I guess the guy was thrilled at how many more people were in the 2015 photo than in the Trump photo so rushed to tweet without checking the details. Mistake, lie, or in between, the photos did the damage he expected by giving people like the op a terrible comparison to use in their anti-Trump pettiness.

It's his job to do those things. It's not his job to meet with the president.

Tom Brady has been, if not an outright supporter of Trump, an apologist for Trump at the very least. So I don't know why it's so hard to believe he declined for reasons other than political viewpoints. It's not like it takes any courage to conspicuously virtue-signal one's dislike for Trump. If he declined because he didn't like Trump, he'd have risked little to nothing by saying so.

It really must grate on you that Trump is president. Good!

Translation: "I lied and got caught."
Yes, just like the lie about Trump removing the bust of MLK from the Oval Office, another complete lie.

Well, he's a poor excuse of a prez, no doubt.

But he IS entertaining.

I want him to serve out his full term.

If he can last.

Not a big fan of Trump, but the OP obviously didn't read the article he posted.

Seems to happen a lot with him.

Yeah right. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck. You're no more independent than Sanders is.
