Is this really necessary? Could there possibly be a better use for this money

I wonder if they thought about using american express to deliver the letters? If they use the Post Office any potential private sector profit is lost. It is not like this administration to avoid a private profit.

Any guesses as to how many other letters will be going out for free sent by Congressmen/women telling their constituents how they fought for these checks and "Vote for Me"?
