If the police chief admits its was wrong and met with family twice to apologize I would assume they were just leaving
"Fleeing the scene" is a conditioned response. My point is, even though the chief seems to realize that there is no way he is going to be able to justify and excuse this, the conditioned response still comes out.
Cop: I feared for my life. They were driving aggressively towards me.
Video: Not true. They were driving away from the cops They were leaving because they were good kids and wanted to get away from any trouble.
Police chief; The video contradicts the officer's statement.
City Data: I need to see more evidence.

So instead of looking at the video ourselves and looking at independent evidence when it comes out we should just jump to the conclusion that this was an unjustified shooting?
I sure hope every single person that says "blue lives matter" is outraged by the actions of this police officer and demand justice.....
I haven't seen a "blue lives" post in this thread.
