Are the details of the police report in that article?

If the police chief admits its was wrong and met with family twice to apologize I would assume they were just leaving

"Fleeing the scene" is a conditioned response. My point is, even though the chief seems to realize that there is no way he is going to be able to justify and excuse this, the conditioned response still comes out.

Just thought I would post this in case people are wondering if he was a bad kid
I'm still wondering how some people believe it's a fact that the officer filed a police report containing lies.

Can you please clarify that.

Oh, I'm sure they will find something "bad" he did in his tween years to justify what happened.

Police chief; The video contradicts the officer's statement.

City Data: I need to see more evidence.

SMDH
So instead of looking at the video ourselves and looking at independent evidence when it comes out we should just jump to the conclusion that this was an unjustified shooting?

THANK GOD FOR TECHNOLOGY BEING ABLE TO PROVE THIS POLICE OFFICER LIED.

Otherwise he would have gotten away with murder. The boy was a 15 year old honor student and had never been in trouble in his life.

He's probably Jay walked. Cops have used that excuse to excuse a beat down.

Oh, and by the way......

I sure hope every single person that says "blue lives matter" is outraged by the actions of this police officer and demand justice.....

I haven't seen a "blue lives" post in this thread.
