Good.
That's about the extent of it, isn't it?

He should be charged just like anyone else would - regardless of race, gender, religion, age, or financial standing.

Yes. The wrong way to express himself. She went up to them because they were having an out of control pool party, and wanting her to shut up, he chose to grab her and throw her in to the pool. The correct way to express himself would have been to have a discussion with her.

If people consider this "horrifying", I am amazed at what sheltered lives they've led. There's many things in this world that are horrifying. This was not one of them.

And if you can't swim, why be anywhere near a pool...doesn't matter if you didn't expect to find yourself there, don't go near the water if you don't know how to get out of it.

Not all dogs will attack. My boy dog would. My girl dog would probably follow the crowd home because she would find their activity and energy level to be appealing.

I can't swim so yes it would be horrifying not to mention he threw her down to the cement before dragging her to the pool.

Totally agree. This shouldn't be in the political forum IMHO but it's definitely a criminal act. I was knocked down ACCIDENTALLY by someone running in a supermarket and spent 5 days in the hospital with a broken pelvis.

I can't swim either, so that would have been very frightening for me. Also, even if someone can swim, if she was hurt or disoriented, it would still be shocking. I know the boy is just a teenager, but he deserves a little "tough love" and should be punished for his unacceptable behavior. I had a difficult time watching him drop her on the hard pavement.

How do none of you people know how to swim? It's an important life skill.

Not for everyone. Some people are not actually raised around water and are not taken by their parents to water events for numerous reasons.

This is the kind of tom foolery that can lead to an accidental death.

I hope he learns his lesson, don't follow the crowd, especially if the crowd isn't worth much.

"Horrifying" would be if the kids beat her in to unconsciousness and then threw her in to the pool. This was just some idiot who chose the wrong way to express himself. Yes, I saw the video yesterday or maybe the day before, not once was I "horrified".

I don't hold any high regard for him turning himself in. Had there been no video evidence, would he still have done so?
Maybe- if she was only wet-- there may not be concern to file any charges- no bodily harm--
