Really? "Horrifying"? I hate when the news cheapens words. It was not "horrifying". It was wrong, the kid was a jerk, it was definitely assault, but it was not "horrifying".

"Horrifying" would be if the kids beat her in to unconsciousness and then threw her in to the pool. This was just some idiot who chose the wrong way to express himself. Yes, I saw the video yesterday or maybe the day before, not once was I "horrified".

I don't hold any high regard for him turning himself in. Had there been no video evidence, would he still have done so?

The tape cuts off right after she goes in though. I wonder if anyone came to their senses and helped her out.

This is the kind of tom foolery that can lead to an accidental death.

It is very horrifying if you are the one in the pool who does not know how to swim.
He is lucky with the current charges since it could have been murder like it would have been if it was me he had thrown into the pool.

Chose the wrong way to express himself?

Still don't see why her dogs didn't go to town on him...

Anyone who accepts the behavior seen on the tape is trying to justify animal behavior.
