Yeah, same thing in grocery store parking lots. I generally park way back and walk (mainly because it's easier to drive away). I see folks still in their running/exercise clothing parking at the red curb right by the door. I don't get it. In many cases, the gym folks do everything they can to avoid exercise in "real life." I know several people like that at my workplace.
I didn't SAY it wasn't important! Can you please show me where I did? I said that there are other factors as well, and anyone not willing to admit that is ignoring MEDICAL and SCIENTIFIC FACT. I shouldn't have to explain that either. It's only a fanatic that would actually assume that the ONLY factor to longevity is exercise. That's not at all the findings of geneticists and medical researchers.
And if you want to compare brains, I'm more than willing to compare verified IQ tests. Just PM me.

Color me unimpressed that you were not able to back up your accusation and declaration. I still neither see a link to a statement I made stating that exercise is unimportant nor a link to a verified medical study stating that the only thing important to longevity is exercise and that nothing else matters. And since you leveled the attack on me, it is your responsibility to back the accusation up.
When you can show me either, we can both be impressed.
