What a loss, Ailes was a giant in misinformation and partisanship. He was one of the biggest reasons for our badly divided political (and social) environment we are hurt by today.

RIP Roger Ailes. You were a force to be reckoned with and leave a legacy that will be debates for years, for good and ill.

No fan of the man by any means, but RIP just the same.

I can't think of a single nice thing to say about the man, so I won't say anything other than RIP.

Perhaps the best statement that can be made.

Mr. Ailes certainly made a difference in many ways. Recall that it was he that instructed the Fox News talent to never say "Affordable Care Act", but to always refer to it as "Obamacare".

There are some people that truly thrive on their work. When they retire (or are forced to), it seems that the life-force that keeps them going dwindles rapidly, hence they pass away rather quickly. Mr. Ailes had been an active person for many decades, and retirement, I guess, did not suit him.

RIP I think he was a talented man and a media giant.
