Doubtful anyone will be safer, but they might be hungrier!

Typical GOP orthodoxy.

"Working families have too much and millionaires are needy."

Any questions?

Yes, this is the solution for lots of conservatives. Let the disabled beg for charity. Eliminate public safety nets. All in the name of propping up the military industrial complex.

Let it happen.

I'll sit back and enjoy the blowback that will inevitably result. Sometimes children have to touch the stove to understand its hot.

Teh Stoopid is great with The Left.

Bill Clinton made the biggest cuts to welfare in history, but did so under duress. The media, academia, and the Democratic Party told him it would be a disaster. But Republicans ruled the legislature, so Clinton signed.

Now, Libs, tell us all about how that massive cut resulted in the "crippled economy" you all love to predict.

And some children need to understand that they are responsible for their choices and life actions. If you can't even feed yourself don't have kids until you can properly take care of them AND yourself.

Lots of them are. The disabled and elderly is a huge group that will be affected. The disabled currently get $700 a month in SSI.

Some conservatives just like to imagine that all poor people are lazy people in the ghettos. Thats not the case.

This is a direct assault on the disabled and the elderly. I bet you would sing another tune if you were blind and paralyzed and had two children to take care of. But since you are not, you support this cruel policy. All in the name of propping up the military industrial complex and big donors.
